Joachim Nlongang remind the assembly about the passing of our mama, Maman Marie Toumi on Jun 1 2026 and that statutorily we as association have to visit the family 3 times before the wake keeping to confort his son and family, and that diring those visit, women should fix a plate of something to eat and the men should buy drinks.

-Magloire Zoutouop deplores the delay in the organization of the evening. -Clovice Kikam lamented the fact that drinks had not been placed on the tables at the beginning of the evening. -Ms. Thong reports that the food was poorly packaged and beginning to spoil, especially the vegetables. -Mr. THong deplores the fact the the tables were not numbered, making it difficult to sit the guests -Frederic Ngongang laments that we were unable to hold the auction for the goat's head, thus reducing our chances of raising more money. -Papa Emmanuel Njomo deplores the internal control system, which didn't monitor all incoming payments because he personally carried his entrance fee money around, unsure of who to give it to. -Maman Helene laments that there was no one to collect the money from the ground-level cleaning, which would have increased our revenue. -Herve Nseukep deplores the organization of the food collection from the area where it was prepared for the banquet hall. -Herve Noudo believes that the post-party cleanup was left to a handful of people, making closing time very difficult for some. -Gisele Njamen deplores the chief's absence and the lack of communication regarding this. Marie Mbiempe believes that from now on, we must trust the talent that Bamen-USA abounds in. -Eleonore Ghemning stated that she could not speak because she had just received bad news. -Stephanie Nyame lamented the fact that the guests did not have time to dance and that the table arrangements had not been done properly.

The contributions were made as usual, and one name from the $500 book benefited, while another name from the $300 book benefited. In the end, the treasurer brought back the remaining $1096 in cash and $200 in checks to deposit into the account. Late Maman Genevive's Contribution is open for 3 months for the amount of $150,

The assembly once again enjoyed the goat meat, graciously provided by us.
